Sheet masks are face shaped sheets made of fabric or plant cellulose that are soaked in serum. They are a great way to add hydration while getting the benefits of an intensive treatment. They are mostly made by korean skincare lines but have gained popularity in western skincare ranges. Unfortunately, a lot of the sheet masks out there have icky ingredients like parabens, glycols and petroleum products so make sure you double check before you buy!
Because these masks are so hydrating, there's no limit to how often you can use them, whether it's weekly or daily, your skin will love it!
