The OE Tip
Pre and post bathing ritual, drink 8-16 ounces of water to stay hydrated.
Fill your tub with very warm water and the entire contents of the sea salt packet and clay packet, and stir to fully dissolve.
Optional - reserve a small amount of clay for a face or body mask.
Soak for up to 20 minutes, adding more hot water as needed to maintain the temperature and relax while the minerals go to work.
This is a great time to turn off your phone and allow the bath to do its work.
Lightly rinse off clay and pat dry, but don’t shower.
